Born in Jakarta, 8 October 1981, Dwinanda (or Bram, he is always called) completed his study at the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, majoring in Procedural Law (S.H.). He started working as Legal Staff at PT. Berkah Intan Perkasa a shipping company in Jakarta, and then, at Small-Medium Enterprises Division of Standard Chartered Bank, Jakarta. Thus, Bram has considerable experiences in drafting and reviewing various contracts as well as scrutinizing corporate documents related to credit transactions.

He continously deepens his legal knowledge, among others, by attending special courses to be appointed as Advocate.
